A single grain, single cask, South African whisky from Pienaar & Son, a small craft distillery in the centre of the Cape Town City Bowl. Made from 100% South African maize, distilled in a bespoke continuous column still and matured in a heavily charred, 225-litre virgin American oak cask for 4 years. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 500ml)
